Junior Customer Support Technician

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Technician to expand our growing team by providing first-line support to our customers in their use of our proven leading MDXT Connect data distribution platform.

A successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, helping customers through online meetings, email and in-person as appropriate

  • Enthusiasm/aptitude for learning new technologies and skills, as required in a fast-moving technology business

  • Strong experience/familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Excel

  • Linux experience/familiarity, including confidence using the shell

  • Understanding of computer networking and cloud computing concepts

Other useful skills include:

  • Familiarity with market data environments and/or real-time messaging(e.g. MQTT)

  • An understanding of IT security concepts (e.g. TLS) and best practices

  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  • Python/Jupyter
